As our attorneys drafted our official Returns Policy described in our Standard T&C’s and we realise that you probably aren’t in the mood for headache-inducing legalese, we thought we’d summarise our policy right here, to make your life a whole lot easier!
If on receiving your order the product we sent you is damaged, defective or simply wasn’t what one of our super agents described it to be, let our customer service team know immediately and we will gladly collect it at our expense.
The unit will be assessed and we will either replace, refund or repair the item depending on the circumstance. Just make sure your unit is in its original condition and original packaging.
This returns policy is geared completely towards you, our customer, so if you are unhappy with anything about your product please get in touch. We like to think that we are nice people, and we’re sure you’re a nice person too, so we promise to assist you to the best of our ability.
