- Only once payment has been received and reflected within our account will our delivery period commence.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in the calculation of delivery periods and only take effect on business days. Therefore should you place an order over the weekend, the delivery period will only take effect from the next day of business.
- Our primary concern and undertaking is to our customers. Should any complications occur from or out of the delivery period or process, every reasonable effort will be made to keep you informed.
DELIVERY TIMES
“Dispatched Immediately” means that the products are dispatched from the Bfor office on the day that the order was placed.
Delivery should occur within 1 to 2 working days (Main Centres) or within 2 – 3 working days (Regional/Remote Areas). Please ensure to keep Point 2 of our Delivery Information in mind, as weekends and Public Holidays are excluded when calculating delivery periods.
“Dispatched within 24 hours” means that the products are dispatched from the Bfor office or from our supplier within 24 hours.
Delivery should occur within 2 to 3 working days (Main Centres) or within 3 – 4 working days (Regional/Remote Areas).

“Dispatched within 48 hours” means that the products are dispatched from the Bfor office or from our supplier within 48 hours.
Delivery should occur within 3 to 4 working days (Main Centres) or within 4 – 5 working days (Regional/Remote Areas).

“Dispatched within 5 working days” means that the products are dispatched from the Bfor office within 5 working days.
Delivery should occur within 6 – 7 working days (Main Centres) or within 7 – 8 working days (Regional/Remote Areas).

The above only applies when the products in question are ordered and paid for by 12pm on a business day, otherwise dispatch will be delayed to the next business day.
Main centres are classified as any destination within a 50km radius of the following cities: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London & George.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We deliver within South Africa free of charge on all products over R500.
DELIVERY METHODS
Your product is delivered to your door by our courier, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost.
You can collect your parcel from the Bfor office Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm – simply send us an email or include this under “Customer Notes” when placing your order.
